As a person well acquainted with grief and loss, I understand how important it is to feel like you're not alone in it. Grief can be a whirlwind and feel 1,000 different ways. I know that loss takes various forms and make sure that the support you receive is specific to you and not just a "one size fits all" model. Our times together would look different depending on what you need that week, but it could be practical advice on moving forward, sitting with your emotions in a safe place, or listening to memories of the one you lost.

I help clients understand what grief and loss are, and what a healthy grieving process looks like. I utilize a grieving framework called "The Tasks of Mourning". I offer clients a safe supportive space to process their grief. Having been a Certified Grief Counselor, I share with clients new understandings of the grieving process that helps them be able to successfully work through their grief.
