The pain of losing someone never quite fully goes away, but my hope is that you will benefit from being comforted as you grieve the loss of someone close to you. Grief has an important place in life and as we walk through this difficult time together you'll begin to make sense of the pain that may be overwhelming you. However, you may also learn some important truths about life, purpose and meaning.

I help clients understand what grief and loss are, and what a healthy grieving process looks like. I utilize a grieving framework called "The Tasks of Mourning". I offer clients a safe supportive space to process their grief. Having been a Certified Grief Counselor, I share with clients new understandings of the grieving process that helps them be able to successfully work through their grief.
