Loss and grief has an impact in our lives of which we often do not understand, but it is a common thread that links all of us together. Unfortunately our culture is one in which it doesn't like to acknowledge or talk about it and often denies it's effect. My goal would be to help you understand your journey, acknowledge its emotions, help you embrace it and pass through this difficult period in your life. Please remember grief and loss is NOT a thing to be fixed in you, it is a process we often need more understanding about in accepting and dealing with it today and in our future.

I help clients understand what grief and loss are, and what a healthy grieving process looks like. I utilize a grieving framework called "The Tasks of Mourning". I offer clients a safe supportive space to process their grief. Having been a Certified Grief Counselor, I share with clients new understandings of the grieving process that helps them be able to successfully work through their grief.
