I assist the client in identifying the underlying cause of their anxiety and stress. Each client is taught relaxation and breathing techniques. Together we devise the best plan for their overall emotional health using various psychotherapy approaches. I am trained in trauma which may be a causation of the stress or anxiety. I am also trained in EMDR therapy.
