I work with families to help improve communication and create healthier and more effective patterns of living. I also strive to provide support for families who are living or caring for someone who is suffering from a mental, physical or emotional illness. I provide support for parents who are raising teenagers as well. I use a family systems approach in my work with families.

Sometimes a child or one family member is brought in for treatment of an issue that may actually have more to do with interactions between family members than a problem specific to this identified client. The psychologists at Lepage Associates believe that some of the issues that come up for children are due to interaction styles between family members and that a holistic, family therapy approach is the most effective treatment.
