Loss is a part of life that can be the most challenging. While there is little chance that someone is going to "talk you out of your grief," it can be helpful to process what you can do to move on from your grief. Grief can be very tricky to navigate. It can convince you to feel unnecessary guilt and responsibility and keep you stuck in a cycle of sadness and anger that negatively affects those around you. Grief is such a natural part of life, even everyday life from small disappointments to major crushing losses. It comes with so many feelings such as sadness, anger, numbness, and confusion.
