I have 40 years of experience in helping people deal with grief and loss. I see grieving as a potential growth experience that can be a catalyst for change in their lives. I use a family system approach to grieving. Which means I am able to help people adjust to the loss of loved ones and heal relationships, both present and past, that can be impacted by the loss.

Grief is such a natural part of life, even everyday life from small disappointments to major crushing losses. It comes with so many feelings such as sadness, anger, numbness, and confusion.
