Audrey believes in helping Christians that would rather not work directly with a pastor/priest, but wishes to infuse their core belief systems into processes and exploring their long term goals and mental health concerns. Religious principles can sometimes lead to heightened feelings of shame and guilt. With Audrey, you can process your clinical concerns as a believer without concerns of being perceives as a "sinner".

I leverage a solution-based approach to clearly outline your primary challenge, work through an exercise to meditate on and define your future state and then work over 8 sessions to achieve it via homework and 1:1 sessions. Clients have experienced great success with this approach, my goal is to empower you - YOU have the answers and I want to help you find them.

Many times we are struggling with our beliefs and wonder if God has abandoned us. Or we may be loosing our faith and spiritual connection. Reconnection to the healing of faith as well as understanding your relationship to Christ is important to spiritual development. There is nothing that God cannot forgive. Faith and spirituality can provide comfort and meaning to those guided by their beliefs. I was raised in a Christian household myself so I have an appreciation for the values instilled by religion, the importance of tradition, and the strength of community. My approach to counseling is humanistic and welcoming of all spiritualities. Though I do not incorporate any specific pastoral counsel, I encourage my spiritual clients to draw on their beliefs during the counseling process.
