In my practice, I recognize that loss can be through death, loss of a job or income, loss of lifestyle, loss of a pet, loss of dreams, and more. Every kind of loss is partnered with a level of grief and giving ourselves permission to grieve can be an integral part of the process. Enacting self-care and self-compassion to work through the waves of grief, we will explore the stages of grief as they apply to your life and use narrative tools to process the experience that is unique to you.
