I work with preteens, teens, and young adults who struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, social issues at school, life transitions, and coping with parent breakups. I often like to involve parents in the process so that it is a team approach and everyone can utilize skills to help each other. I also work with adults struggling with, anxiety and life changes. I enjoy teaching skills and tools to implement in daily life.

When working with the clients that are younger, I work with them using Art Therapy, Therapeutic Play Techniques, story-telling, and parenting support to be able to work with the client and the family to meet their goals. I have been able to work with younger children, ages 3-21, for most of my career, working on building relationships, learning coping skills, and being able to work through various mental and behavioral concerns.
