I work with preteens, teens, and young adults who struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, social issues at school, life transitions, and coping with parent breakups. I often like to involve parents in the process so that it is a team approach and everyone can utilize skills to help each other. I also work with adults struggling with, anxiety and life changes. I enjoy teaching skills and tools to implement in daily life.

I offer counseling typically to children 12+ If the child is younger than 12, and needs support for entering middle school, or peer/ social skills with my experience K-12, and graduate school age, please inquire re: need! Children start to experience stressors earlier and earlier and as the veil of childhood innocence falls they need help coping. Connecting with a professional early on can help out littles make sense of the world. We also provide family and parental coaching to handle challenging behaviors. We incorporate play, art, and music into our work and are in the process of brining on a therapy dog as well.
