Research shows trying to just “fix the kid” does not generally work. The family should be involved if at all possible. I made it a special point to learn the specific strategies and techniques for this population as I went through my schooling. To this day I have approx. one decade of experience in working with this population, and I look forward to continuing to work with children at the youngest ages, but with family involvement.

I offer counseling typically to children 12+ If the child is younger than 12, and needs support for entering middle school, or peer/ social skills with my experience K-12, and graduate school age, please inquire re: need! I work with children down to age 11, and my partner works with children down to any age. I primarily do individual therapy, while my partner works with the family.
