While not disrespecting that form of intervention, my concept of being a psychotherapist is to provide understanding of the psychology of they way our minds function while using this knowledge to provide incite into why we are needing help. One of the most life altering actions when seeking to gain traction in the struggle to live a satisfying life is the choice to work with a therapist.
