Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll work toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.
