Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

Most of us, at some time in our lives, need help coping with life's more difficult challenges. As a therapist, my job is to listen closely to what it is you want to say and to offer insight, understanding and support to help you meet and overcome these challenges.
