I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.

I offer a warm, collaborative approach using CBT, ACT, SFT, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients explore, build resilience, and create lasting change.

I am here to help you take steps to better manage the challenges that are holding you back from living a healthy and productive emotional life and work with you to discover a path towards self-awareness, restoration and growth in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
