We offer a thoughtful, collaborative counselling approach grounded in respect for neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating. Together, we focus on clarity, self-understanding, and practical support that fits who you are.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.
