Licensed through the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, I offer psychotherapy to youth 14+ and adults. My approach is always centered on working with clients in a way that is empowering and based on leveraging the inner wisdom in each person. I have many strategies and options to offer, but clients are the experts in what will and won't work for them. When individuals complete therapy, my goal is for them to say "I worked hard and achieved the results I wanted to achieve - I can do this!" rather than "Tory helped me how to feel better".

As a psychotherapist, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and goals. Through various evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy, I help clients gain insight into their patterns of thinking and behavior, identify and challenge negative beliefs, and develop coping strategies to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
