Anxiety issues and how they affect our lives are my main focus. How we eat and how much, how well we sleep, the way communicate to friends, family and loved ones and how we perceive and engage in daily challenges affect our anxiety levels which in turn contributes to more or less anxiety. I bring over 15 years of expereince working with patients in various forms of partnership, utilizing a unique blend of behavioral, health education and therapuetic approaches with positive results in a majority of those I work with.
