I am sincerely sorry you are suffering. When you lose someone, or something, important, it can be so very painful. I have a very high level of training in helping people with these sorts of pains. Dealing with grief and loss are two of the five big emotionally distressing situations one can find themselves dealing with. It can be something big, such as the loss of a loved one to something smaller such as losing a family heirloom or an opportunity to get into a college or specific job. All if left unattended can lead to more severe situations. Learn to build your own psychological first aid kit in order to prevent or lessen the effects of smaller emotional "cuts" or allow yourself to sit with someone who can help you as your process a larger life event (death, chronic health issue) making it more manageable and returning you to a level of functionality before it occurred.
