Anxiety is an emotion based on fear and worry. With clear Biblical understanding of God's plan, purpose, and design for one's life, fear and worry will diminish. The client will be given tools to help him gain this understanding. A certain amount of stress in life is OK, but too much stress can cause a person to become overwhelmed and non-functional. Many diseases and disorders are stress related. The client will benefit by learning how to manage the stresses in life by applying Biblical principles to their circumstances.

In our work together, we look beyond worry alone and explore how your system may be stuck in patterns of overactivation, tension, or shutdown. Using a somatic, nervous-system–focused approach, I help you build awareness of physical cues and gently develop skills that support regulation and steadiness.
