I act as a support counselor for those who suffer from eating disorders and are members of support groups. Eating disorders, like other related problems many times respond to both group therapy and a support counselors with whom they can discuss things that may not be addressed in group. I teach urge reduction techniques from Energy Psychology which many find helpful.
