Grief is a natural process. However, when it interferes with normal functioning such as work or relationships, one may need assistance. I offer a gentle , patient approach, supplemented with some energy techniques if needed. I have had good results helping clients cope with loss and grief using a combination of careful listening and reflection. Through mindful awareness, emotional understanding, and nervous system regulation, many clients begin to find moments of relief, meaning, and renewed connection as they move forward while continuing to honor the person or experience they have lost.

No matter how much you may want to, you cannot return to your "pre-loss" state--the person you were before the loss. My work with you will center on helping you to adapt to life after the loss.
