When clients experience a loss, there is a number of strategies that can be used to assist in overcoming the grief that has developed. Clients first benefit from identifying the thoughts or thought patterns that are leading to the constant feeling of grief or depression. We then work towards altering these patterns in a way that brings light to the situation, no matter how dark it seems. Once a client learns one of these strategies, they are then capable of applying this to other areas of life and even problems they may encounter in the future.

Grief and loss can bring a wide range of emotions, including sadness, confusion, anger, or a deep sense of emptiness. In our work together, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can process these feelings at your own pace without pressure or judgment. We will gently explore your experience of loss while helping you stay connected to your inner resources and sources of support. Through mindful awareness, emotional understanding, and nervous system regulation, many clients begin to find moments of relief, meaning, and renewed connection as they move forward while continuing to honor the person or experience they have lost.
