The ultimate hope of this life is found in the person of Jesus Christ and He has made Himself available to everyone if they will only seek Him.

We will gently explore your experience of loss while helping you stay connected to your inner resources and sources of support. Through mindful awareness, emotional understanding, and nervous system regulation, many clients begin to find moments of relief, meaning, and renewed connection as they move forward while continuing to honor the person or experience they have lost.

Every one suffers grief at any type of loss. Some are obvious, i.e. death of a spouse, child, or family member or friend. Other types of loss are not so easily defined, i.e. job loss, relationship loss, or even some security issues. The client will benefit from understanding the stages of grief and how to cope with the loss in a Biblical way.
