I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Logotherapy in my practice. With CBT, my work with clients involves using the relationships between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to make your goals happen. With Logotherapy, our work would begin by exploring your values and identifying any obstacles to living a meaningful life. While these are my main approaches, I tend to tailor treatment plans to match each client's goals and concerns.
