When we are depressed, we struggle to move, sleep, concentrate etc. I work to remove the block from wherever it is stuck. My clients come to me after years of ineffective therapy. I provide both traditional talk psychotherapy as well as creative interventions in therapy. You often hear psychotherapists referred to as a Shrink. I like to think of myself as an "Un Shrink". I like to help you turn your internal thought processes around so that you can live more fully and authentically rather than shrunken. Feeling shrunk hurts and leads to feeling the need for therapy.
