We are experienced and skilled in identifying and treating the many different types of depression -- whether you're dealing with postpartum depression, a chronic mild depression known as "dysthymia," bipolar disorder, or something else.

If you are struggling with depression, it may be difficult to even make the effort to contact a counselor and set up a session, which is completely understandable. Just know that the effort you put in towards seeing a counselor, myself or someone else, will pay off tremendously later on. I will help you in an exploration of the potential sources of your depression, but more importantly, I will help you find ways to decrease the depression when possible, and find healthy ways to cope with its symptoms, to live a better, happier life.
