I do not have specific certification in treating eating disorders. "It's not about the food." Therapist will provide support, guidance, and hold space to help client explore and identify the contributing factors that fuel ED thoughts and behaviors. Therapist and client will address issues related to unhealthy relationships with exercise, body image, etc. Identifying as well as processing through triggers, difficult to process through life experiences, and other contributing issues will also be of focus and importance.
