The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration reported Utah to be among the states with a large population of adults suffering from mental illness and disorders. The report, published in 2013, showed that the percentage of adults suffering from mental illness hadn�t decreased since 2008 and was at its highest level in half a decade in 2012, with the percentage alarmingly close to 6%.
