It can be very hard to find exactly what you want to do in life. Uncovering one's purpose, though supposedly intuitive, can be elusive and transitive. An assessment will be administered to assist in career/occupational guidance. This assessment will aid in understanding and identifying an individual's strengths, weaknesses, stressors, intellectual energies, decision making skills, and the desire to take on responsibilities. Based on the results of the assessment, and with my guidance, the client will become more aware of careers and/or jobs which may, or may not, serve them well in the areas of emotional and mental stimulation and satisfaction.

As we grow and change throughout life, we sometimes need to make major changes. Particularly at mid-life, we experience profound changes in our values and priorities. What you have done in the past may or may not fit you anymore. Or perhaps you have never found your niche. A core element of navigating career decisions is being able to know, understand and trust yourself. My understanding of personality types (and the strengths and weaknesses of each) is just one way that I help clients to make sense of themselves in places where they feel unsure of the way forward. Additionally, I also help clients work through any underlying dynamics which are making it difficult for them to better hear what their own intuition (i.e., their "gut") is trying to tell them. My overall goal is help you gain clarity about yourself, and whatever possibilities you are considering, so that you can experience peace regarding whatever you decide vocationally.
