I work with couples to improve understanding, strengthen communication, and develop practical strategies that support both individual goals and the health of the relationship. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, I help couples identify thought patterns & behaviors that may be creating conflict or stress while encouraging collaborative solutions.
