During grief and loss. we often experience a deep and unending feelings of hopelessness and void. Life will never be the same. The world continues to turn as your world has stopped. Met with understanding, compassion and empathy we can help the wound of loss heal little by little and walk by your side providing support through your darkest days.

In experiencing multiple losses in my own life, I have come to realize grief is a never-ending process. Being able to cope during the difficult times is important to maintaining a healthy life for yourself. Your loved one would want what's best for you. As difficult as life struggles are without having this special person by your side, or restarting a new career after a recent job loss, staying stagnant and secluding oneself will not help you out of the situation. I provide a private/safe environment to work through your feelings of loss and will encourage a sense of compassion and healing during the process.

Grief and loss can easily make clients feel in limbo. What I help clients with is to honor their emotions and let it inform them and guide them. To encourage them to help look deeper within the circumstances and find the gold. It's finding another perspective and seeing what lessons they have learned from the past that will help move on to their next chapter.
