I love working with couples! I have advanced, specialized training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach proven to help couples. EFT will help you feel safer and more connected and get you away from endless arguing that goes nowhere.

As a marriage and family therapist, I support the marriage unless I am told otherwise. Couples often get stuck in the same cycle or dance. Clients identify their cycle and what emotions create it and their part in maintaining the cycle. Closeness is then created.
