Sometimes it can feel like the stressors of life are extra heavy. It can feel like no matter how hard you try to get through this season, there is no way out. Have you missed the old you? Are you feeling sad, stressed, and like no one understands what you're going through? You may be searching for a way to move out of the pain and hurt that have been keeping you from joy. A way to let go of the shame and guilt you have been carrying and learn how to cope with the big and small struggles of life.

There is a way to feel in control of your emotions and find a release from past pains. Growth and healing are possible, and sometimes we need a little extra support to get there. By having a safe and open-minded space to share about the difficult parts of life, you can find freedom from your pain and new hope in life.

My specialties include working with people struggling with sadness, anxious thoughts, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I use a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to create a space that will fit your specific needs in therapy. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. In addition, as a bilingual therapist, I also offer services in Spanish.

$140-180 per 50 minute session
