I am a registered psychologist who offers extensive experience and expertise to clients who are in the midst of a life changing transition, relationship issue and/or existential dilemma. My approach entails creating a safe, open, engaging relational space and then acting as a catalytic companion by using strategic questions to probe and coax you to meaningful discoveries and adaptations that will make a difference in your life. I use Emotion-Focused Therapy, Focusing Oriented Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Existential/Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Cognitive Therapy, to provide counselling to adults for their concerns about Depression/Moods, Self-esteem, Stress, Conflict and Communication, Anxiety, Interpersonal Relationships and Death/Dying & Loss/Grief.

I am also an organizational development consultant to entrepreneurs, managers, business leaders, educators and executives. Using questionnaires and personal coaching I help clients improve their self-awareness and skill-sets. This creates conditions whereby their organizational and personal lives become more pleasurable, engaging, meaningful and effective. He is a certified Spiral Dynamics Integral Level One facilitator (trained by Dr. Don Beck and Dr. Marilyn Hamilton) and a graduate of Dr. Martin E. P. Seligman's evidence-based Authentic Happiness Coaching Program
