Welcome to my practice. For 20+ years, I have been helping individuals and couples achieve positive changes. I specialize in treating trauma and relationships using EMDR trauma therapy and the Gottman Couples Therapy Method.

I offer extensive experience and expertise to clients who are in the midst of a life changing transition, relationship issue and/or existential dilemma. I provide a safe, compassionate space for discovery to arise and the determination of practical steps to act upon.

I provide evidence-based virtual therapy for trauma and emotional dysregulation. Using approaches like EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused methods, I teach practical psychological skills to calm emotions, reduce stress, and build healthier, more stable relationships.
