As a certified employee assistance professional (CEAP) for many years, I have extensive experience in a wide range of work related concerns. I am also trained facilitator of the True Colors personality inventory. I frequently use this tool to help clients explore their personality profile and identify strengths and interests that pertain to career choice.Whether you are entering the workforce for the first time or transitioning mid-career, understanding your unique attributes can be an essentially part of finding satisfying employment.
