My joy in life is helping others get through the most difficult periods of their life. I personally have experienced hardship and I like to use the wisdom I have gained through my own experience, as well as my education, to help guide others.

I provide individual counselling to adults age 20 years and over. My practice is open to all walks of life. I have experience working with stress, family of origin issues, addictions, and trauma. I will provide empathy and a safe place for you to process your story.
