My approach to helping clients is cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in which clients make changes in their thinking and behaviour to address their issues. I also solicit feedback from clients to track their progress and the quality of their relationship with me.

I provide evidence-based virtual therapy for trauma and emotional dysregulation. Using approaches like EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused methods, I teach practical psychological skills to calm emotions, reduce stress, and build healthier, more stable relationships.
