Glenda has over 18 years of experience working with Adults, Seniors and Adolescents. She specializes in working with Adolescent/Adult ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Substance use.


Glenda focuses on where you where you are at, appreciating your unique beliefs and aligning with your values. She provides a warm, empathic, safe and nonjudgmental space to talk about the things that are getting in the way of enjoying your life.

CRYSTAL POPKE, R.Psych

 Crystal is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She is experienced in working with children (3+), adolescents, parents and families. Crystal is experienced in working with families of various configurations, including non-traditional, foster and adoption/kinship. She provides Play Therapy and currently in the final stage of completing her full Certified Theraplay Practitioner training. 
 
Crystal has a strong clinical interest in attachment and trauma. She is also experienced in addressing concerns related to emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal and family conflict, family relationships, self-esteem and identity.

DYLAN OOSTERVELD, MSW, RCSW

Dylan is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with 20 years experience working with children, youth, young adults, and families who have experienced challenges that include anxiety, depression, substance use, emotional regulation, anger and aggression, self-esteem, major life changes.
 
Understanding that life gets complicated and making the decision to ask for help is hard, Dylan values the connection and relationship between client and therapist. He trusts that you are the expert in your own life and will figure out with you what will work for you. Dylan is rooted in a person-centered, trauma informed approach and works collaboratively with you to find the approach that fits your needs and goals.

CHANTELLE JAMES KOOP, M.ED. REGISTERED PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST


Chantelle is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with 20+ years experience working with children and youth as an educator. She works with adults, adolescents, children (5+), couples, and families. Chantelle has a passion for assisting people find purpose and build the life they want in school/work, relationships, leisure, or overall well-being through life’s challenges. Change can be exciting, scary, and, at times, hard. Chantelle sees herself as an ally who walks alongside her clients as they explore new insights, actions, and growth.
 
Chantelle’s counselling background focuses primarily in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She also has training in Reverse Habit Training, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Path Goal Setting. Chantelle uses an integrated, strength-based and values-focused approach when helping individuals learn new skills and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
