At Willow Tree Wellness & Psychotherapy, I provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy for teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, or unsure how to cope with intense emotions. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself, even in the midst of life’s hardest seasons.
As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW), I blend clinical expertise with a warm, compassionate, and approachable style. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to “hold it together” — you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support lasting change in a way that feels aligned with your values and nervous system.
