Hello, I'm glad you're here!
Here's a little bit about me, and how we might work together. Whether you're navigating a tough transition or burnout, or your child’s behaviour has become a burden at school and home, we can work through this together. As a Registered Social Worker, I specialize in supporting adults, children, teens and their parents through hardship, change, or emotional pain.
I'm passionate about helping others build resilience through the challenges. Together we'll work at your pace and toward your goals. This might look like taking time to better understand yourself and the many parts of you that show up in unique ways. It may also include taking a closer look at trauma, unhealthy relationships, or simply taking a look at where you are right now, and where you might rather be.

Therapeutic Approach
My experience is rooted in clinical training within the medical and educational settings. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, all which are helpful for a wide range of needs. My supportive approach for parents uses Emotion Focused Family Therapy, and Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions Training (SPACE).
Seeking support for yourself or your child takes courage. Once that first step is made, it can offer a strong sense of relief. I approach therapy with warmth and curiosity to support each one’s efforts to move toward health. I offer a relational approach, one which is strengths-based and person-centred to support feeling heard and valued.
