As a Registered Social Worker, I specialize in supporting adults, children, teens and their parents through hardship, change, or emotional pain.   I'm passionate about helping others build resilience through the challenges.  Together we'll work at your pace and toward your goals. This might look like taking time to better understand yourself and the many parts of you that show up in unique ways. It may also include taking a closer look at trauma, unhealthy relationships, or simply taking a look at where you are right now, and where you might rather be.    Adults
