I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I have spent many years working in hospital-based outpatient community mental health and have been in private practice since 2018.

My current clinical work is focused on providing psychotherapy services to individuals who are eligible for NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits). In addition, I offer clinical supervision for Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers seeking reflective, ethical, and growth-oriented support in their practice. Availability for both services is intentionally limited.

My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in the understanding that each person’s experience is unique. I do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” model. Instead, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their needs, challenges, and strengths, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and interpersonal and narrative therapies.

I have completed intensive training through Behaviour Tech in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and this work continues to inform much of my clinical lens—particularly in supporting individuals navigating emotion regulation, trauma, and complex relational patterns.

Across my work, I hold a holistic and relational perspective. I recognize the connection between mind and body, and the ways in which our relationships, communities, and lived experiences shape who we are. Clients often describe my approach as genuine, grounded, and compassionate.

In my supervision work, I place strong emphasis on use of self, ethical clarity, and sustainability in practice. I value creating a space where clinicians can reflect openly, deepen their clinical thinking, and feel supported in their professional development.

Outside of my clinical work, I am deeply connected to nature and creative expression. I am a bead artist and spend time outdoors kayaking, camping, and exploring the natural world—practices that continue to inform my appreciation for balance, presence, and well-being.
