Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, and finding the right fit matters. I believe healing happens within a safe, collaborative relationship where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you and honours your individual needs. I offer a 20-minute complimentary consultation and the flexibility of counselling in-person, online or by telephone.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with 20 years of experience supporting adults through a wide range of life challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, aging and caregiving and the emotional impact of challenging experiences. I also have an appreciation for the unique experiences of highly sensitive individuals and understand both the gifts and challenges that can come with heightened sensitivity.

My approach is warm, flexible, and genuinely client-centred. I believe every person brings their own strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom into the therapeutic process. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances while creating a space that feels collaborative and responsive to your unique experiences. I draw from evidence-based approaches and adapt them thoughtfully to create a therapeutic experience that feels supportive, practical, and meaningful for you.

Creating emotional safety is an essential part of my work. I believe healing often unfolds more fully when people feel emotionally understood, deeply attuned to, and accepted without judgment. I value building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, connection, empathy, and responsiveness so clients feel supported in exploring difficult experiences and emotions at a pace that feels manageable and respectful. I believe genuine human connection can create the conditions for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they feel accepted and not judged or pressured. Therapy does not require you to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes it starts with feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, uncertain, or simply recognizing that something in life is no longer working as well as it once did.

I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you move toward greater wellbeing, healing, and connection in your life and relationships. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where curiosity, compassion, and authenticity are welcomed, and where clients can explore patterns, emotions, relationships, and challenges without fear of criticism, shame, or pressure to present themselves in any way.
