As a Registered Psychologist with an Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE), I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adolescents (14+) and adults, as well as psychological assessment services for adults (18+). I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and move toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
I work with individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are healthcare professionals, educators, first responders, and other helping professionals, as well as individuals navigating the pressures of high-achieving and demanding careers. I also enjoy helping individuals strengthen self-esteem, build confidence, and reconnect with their sense of self-worth. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to provide care that is responsive to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing®, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and parts-informed interventions. In our work together, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and respect. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported, and gently encouraged to explore new perspectives and patterns that may no longer serve them.
Whether you are seeking support for trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, personal growth, or pursuing a psychological assessment to gain greater insight and clarity, my goal is to provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can deepen self-understanding, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
