I believe people are inherently resilient. Even when things feel overwhelming, there is strength in a client’s story.

I’m a marriage and family therapist with a background in palliative care nursing, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life's most vulnerable and meaningful moments. Those experiences continue to shape my work - grounding it in compassion, respect and a deep appreciation for the complexity of relationships.

I WORK WITH

Individuals, Couples, Relationships, and Families

I OFFER:

A space where people can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement.

MY APPROACH IS:

Grounded in a systemic lens, which means I pay close attention to patterns, relationships, and contexts that shape your experiences. Rather than focusing only on problems, we explore how challenges develop and how they can shift to create new possibilities for connection and change. My approach is also relational, respectful, and I hold the idea that meaningful change happens through connection and understanding.

I USE A NUMBER OF THERAPIES IN MY PRACTICE INCLUDING:

Narrative therapy, Emotion focused therapy, Attachment theory, and Internal family systems. I am also a trained facilitator in Circle of Security, an attachment-based parenting program.

BENEFITS TO THERAPY:
