Relationship Help for Individuals & Couples!

Is communication an issue in your relationship? Is it hard to talk with your spouse about what you're feeling or issues between you?

Do you or your spouse threaten to leave the relationship after an argument?

When communication starts to break down, it can feel incredibly isolating and lonely. It can sometimes feel like you might want to flee the relationship or leave you questioning why you're together in the first place. But, it doesn't have to be like this...

If you are a couple wanting to stay together but are struggling with how to make it work, I can help. As a couples therapist, I specialize in working with couples.

Through our work together, we will get to the heart of what's keeping you stuck and begin moving into deeper conversations that have the power rebuild trust, restore intimacy, and regain emotional connection with each other.

Here are examples of some of the relationship issues I can help with:

  • When trust has been betrayed.
  • When spouses criticize and blame each other.
  • When spouses lessen or dismiss each other's concerns.
  • When spouses "take the side of someone else" instead of each other.
  • When a spouse threatens to leave the relationship.
  • When a spouse feels like they aren't a priority.
  • When relationships with in-laws or other family members, work acquaintances, or friends are straining your relationship.

Some answers to questions that might help as you plan to schedule your appointment.

As a couple therapist, do you also see individuals?

Yes, I also see individuals.

I want to see you but my spouse doesn't want to go to a therapist, are you still able to help me?

I often see client's who's spouse isn't ready or interested in couples therapy.

We've tried couples therapy before, how are you different?

I understand that for many couples, starting over again with another therapist can be overwhelming and daunting.

What is different about working with me is, I believe every person in the couple is unique and every marriage/relationship is special so I will work with you to determine what's best for your relationship based on what each of you desire and need. Not based on what "others" might think is best "for you." Together, we will work toward creating the relationship you both want and building new communication patterns that truly help you both feel heard and understood.

How can I contact you to schedule an appointment?

I've made contacting me as easy as possible, all you have to do is email or call me. Once I receive your message, I will contact you as soon as I can.

What's the process for scheduling?

Once we've connected either by phone or email, and we determine a date/time that works best for you, I will send you a confirmation email with all of the information and paperwork needed for our appointment.
