   Cindy Navarrete believes that one must provide a safe and nurturing space to heal and grow.  With a dash of humor and a genuine desire to help others, Cindy will create a person-centered, strengths-based approach unique to each person’s life journey.  Life can be unpredictable at any stage; providing a safe and nurturing environment can help you and your loved ones create a path to find your inner strengths and promote healing.  She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to help them make lasting, meaningful connections.

   Cindy Navarrete has a Master of Social Work Degree, with an emphasis in Mental Health and Trauma, from the University of Denver.  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Ethnic Studies, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.  Cindy utilizes techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Psychology, Exposure Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Strengths-Based Therapy.

   She is an empathetic and caring individual with 10+ years of experience helping, guiding, and supporting individuals and families.  Cindy has extensive experience working with adults, teens, caregivers, and individuals with cognitive / intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
