Welcome here! I offer counselling for families, including children, teens, and adults, seeking healing, relief, and better coping. I have experience treating various issues that inhibit enjoyment, natural functioning, and the ability to focus in life. Some areas include: trauma and childhood hurt, post traumatic symptoms, home and workplace abuse, addictions recovery, anxiety and depression, high stress and panic attacks, relationship issues, cultural and life transitions, insomnia and other sleep issues, school issues, and grief and loss.

Treatment:
- Trauma-informed, strength-based, integrative, and culturally sensitive
- Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), and Solution- Focused therapy (SFT)

- Online/phone sessions offered across Canada
- In-person sessions in Three Hills, AB

Cost:
- $190 per session
- Reduced rates depending on income level and insurance. Please reach out for payment and pricing options.
- I will send you a receipt after payment is received to submit to your insurance company. I do not offer direct billing at this time.
